Tickets purchased online will be delivered by email as electronic tickets.
Tickets may also be purchased at the door (subject to availability) using card or cash.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Customer cancellations: No refunds are offered.
Event cancellations (by us): A full refund will be provided.
Event rescheduling (by us): Customers unable to attend the new date may request a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by customers.
Technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet failures).
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
